Mbrëmë është zhvilluar ceremonia e Golden Globes 2013, ceremoni ku kritikët vlerësojnë më të mirët e kinematografisë dhe televizionit. Përsa i përket televizionit, GIRLS fitoi në kategoritë “Seriali më i mirë komedi dhe Musical” si dhe trofeun për “Aktoren më të mirë Komedi dhe Musical”, që shkoi për Lena Dunham. Veç këtij seriali mes të vlerësuarve në fushën televizive ishte dhe HOMELAND që fitoi tre statuja.
